Este descenso de dos cent\u00edmetros en solo un d\u00eda se suma a una ca\u00edda total de 10 cent\u00edmetros en la \u00faltima semana, lo que agrava la situaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica que enfrenta toda la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Localidades como It\u00e1 Enramada, Villeta y Alberdi han reportado descensos similares, afectando no solo la navegaci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n los servicios p\u00fablicos. La Empresa de Servicios Sanitarios del Paraguay (Essap) ha implementado medidas preventivas ante la sequ\u00eda persistente y, aunque no se anticipan interrupciones en la provisi\u00f3n de agua potable, la situaci\u00f3n sigue siendo delicada.<\/p>\n<p>El sector naviero es uno de los m\u00e1s perjudicados. Con la temporada de mayor actividad comercial a la vista, las barcazas enfrentan retrasos significativos debido a la reducci\u00f3n del caudal. Esto obliga a los empresarios a dividir la carga entre m\u00faltiples embarcaciones, lo que retrasa el transporte y eleva los costos operativos. Algunos han considerado trasladar mercader\u00edas por tierra en los tramos m\u00e1s afectados, impactando los tiempos de entrega y aumentando los gastos log\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>Expertos en hidrolog\u00eda advierten que la situaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda prolongarse si las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas no mejoran, lo que afecta a todos los sectores dependientes del r\u00edo. La ANNP y otros organismos responsables de la gesti\u00f3n de recursos fluviales contin\u00faan evaluando la situaci\u00f3n y buscando soluciones para mitigar los efectos en las comunidades y en las operaciones comerciales.<\/p>\n<p>La baja del r\u00edo Paraguay demanda respuestas coordinadas entre el gobierno y el sector empresarial para evitar impactos econ\u00f3micos y sociales mayores.
