Sin embargo, es fundamental cumplir con las regulaciones establecidas para proteger los recursos acu\u00e1ticos y garantizar la sostenibilidad de estas pr\u00e1cticas. Seg\u00fan la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 463\/2024 del Ministerio del Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible (MADES), se permite la pesca de subsistencia solo para los ribere\u00f1os, quienes deben adherirse a las siguientes pautas:<\/p>\n<p>Los pescadores ribere\u00f1os pueden capturar hasta 5 kg de especies variadas, siempre que se realice desde la costa y sin el uso de embarcaciones. Es importante destacar que la pesca de especies como Dorado, Manguruy\u00fa, Surub\u00ed y Pac\u00fa est\u00e1 prohibida durante este periodo. Adem\u00e1s, los pescadores deben portar una licencia comercial v\u00e1lida, ya que la venta de los productos de esta pesca est\u00e1 restringida.<\/p>\n<p>La normativa no solo busca preservar la biodiversidad acu\u00e1tica, sino que tambi\u00e9n apunta a la protecci\u00f3n de los modos de vida de las comunidades que dependen de esta actividad. Para asegurar el cumplimiento de estas regulaciones, el MADES, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Armada Paraguaya y la Polic\u00eda Nacional, llevar\u00e1 a cabo controles en las \u00e1reas ribere\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<p>Las fechas de veda son cr\u00edticas: a nivel nacional, se establece un periodo de veda total en todos los r\u00edos durante 47 d\u00edas, aline\u00e1ndose con las restricciones impuestas en Argentina (del 4 de noviembre al 20 de diciembre) y Brasil (del 4 de noviembre al 31 de enero). Respetar estas fechas es vital para asegurar el futuro de nuestros recursos pesqueros y el bienestar de las comunidades ribere\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<div
