El mismo tambi\u00e9n expres\u00f3 que el martes se dar\u00edan las condiciones m\u00e1s alarmantes ya que hay se\u00f1ales de que el aire mas seco pueda calentarse de forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida por efecto de un sistema que puede bloquear a otras corrientes de aire que puedan ingresar a la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-946\" src=\"https:\/\/greentourmagazine.com\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/ola-de-calor-dinac-212x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"212\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greentourmagazine.com\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/ola-de-calor-dinac-212x300.jpg 212w, https:\/\/greentourmagazine.com\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/ola-de-calor-dinac.jpg 678w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 212px) 100vw, 212px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A ra\u00edz de esto tanto el Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica y Bienestar Social\u00a0 a trav\u00e9s de su cuenta de Instagram, como el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n y Ciencias, emitieron comunicados con recomendaciones para la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El primero recomend\u00f3 el consumo abundante de agua y evitar la exposici\u00f3n al sol entre las 10:00 y las 17:00 hs. Adem\u00e1s aconsej\u00f3 utilizar ropa ligera, de colores claros y mantener una alimentaci\u00f3n a base de frutas y verduras, evitando los alimentos altos en calor\u00edas y el consumo de alcohol.
