{"id":9316,"date":"2024-10-25T19:05:57","date_gmt":"2024-10-25T17:05:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/greentourmagazine.com\/v1\/?p=9316"},"modified":"2024-10-25T19:05:57","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T17:05:57","slug":"veda-de-pesca-2024-2025-reglas-y-restricciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greentourmagazine.com\/v1\/index.php\/2024\/10\/25\/veda-de-pesca-2024-2025-reglas-y-restricciones\/","title":{"rendered":"VEDA DE PESCA 2024-2025: REGLAS Y RESTRICCIONES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Paraguay se prepara para la conservaci\u00f3n de sus especies acu\u00e1ticas mediante un periodo de veda en conjunto con Argentina y Brasil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible de Paraguay ha establecido la resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 463\/2024 para la veda de pesca 2024-2025, una normativa esencial para preservar los ecosistemas fluviales del pa\u00eds y proteger las especies en peligro de extinci\u00f3n. Este a\u00f1o, el periodo de veda total abarcar\u00e1 47 d\u00edas en las fronteras con Argentina y 90 d\u00edas en las fronteras con Brasil, aplic\u00e1ndose desde el 4 de noviembre. Aqu\u00ed te compartimos los detalles para cumplir con esta normativa y evitar sanciones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fechas y Alcance de la Veda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante este periodo, queda prohibida la pesca tanto comercial como deportiva en todos los r\u00edos del pa\u00eds. En coordinaci\u00f3n con Argentina, la veda ser\u00e1 del 4 de noviembre al 20 de diciembre (47 d\u00edas), mientras que en la frontera con Brasil se extender\u00e1 hasta el 31 de enero (90 d\u00edas).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Restricciones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quedan estrictamente prohibidas la venta, el transporte y la pesca de cualquier especie proveniente de aguas naturales, al igual que la comercializaci\u00f3n de carnadas en todo el pa\u00eds. Los ribere\u00f1os podr\u00e1n realizar pesca de subsistencia para su propio consumo, pero estar\u00e1n limitados a ciertas especies como la boga, el armado y el bagre. Asimismo, se protege al manguruy\u00fa, una especie en peligro de extinci\u00f3n. Para quienes deseen adquirir pescado durante la veda, estar\u00e1n disponibles especies de piscicultura como pac\u00fa, boga, s\u00e1balo, carpa y tilapia, siempre que est\u00e9n debidamente documentadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consecuencias de Incumplimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las multas por incumplir la normativa pueden alcanzar hasta 20.000 jornales m\u00ednimos, adem\u00e1s de exponerse a procesos penales, en cumplimiento de la Ley N\u00b0 716\/96 de Protecci\u00f3n y Conservaci\u00f3n de la Fauna Acu\u00e1tica. La Armada Paraguaya, la Polic\u00eda Nacional y el Ministerio P\u00fablico realizar\u00e1n controles conjuntos para garantizar el respeto a estas disposiciones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una Veda Extendida<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este a\u00f1o, la veda con Argentina se ha extendido dos d\u00edas m\u00e1s respecto a a\u00f1os anteriores, marcando as\u00ed un compromiso reforzado entre ambos
