Estigarribia, Filadelfia, Loma Plata, Fuerte Olimpo, Bah\u00eda Negra, Naranjal, San Crist\u00f3bal, Tava\u00ed y Aba\u00ed) en la elaboraci\u00f3n de sus respectivos Planes de Ordenamiento Urbano y Territorial (POUTs), como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n en la asistencia t\u00e9cnica para la implementaci\u00f3n de dichos planes.<\/p>\n<p>El Proyecto Folur busca fortalecer los procesos de producci\u00f3n de alimentos y uso de la tierra, de manera a que las \u00e1reas productivas est\u00e9n mejor integradas, produciendo servicios ecosist\u00e9micos y manteniendo los recursos y el capital natural en dos biomas clave en Paraguay; El Chaco y el Bosque Atl\u00e1ntico del Alto Paran\u00e1 (BAAPA).<\/p>\n<p>El curso fue impartido por especialistas de las firmas Gestecner y Topograf\u00edas del Paraguay, quienes tuvieron a su cargo capacitar a t\u00e9cnicos del Proyecto FOLUR y del MADES en el vuelo, descarga y procesamiento de datos geoespaciales del drone WingtraOne Gen II. Este drone fue dise\u00f1ado en Suiza con los m\u00e1s altos estandares de calidad pudiendo ser utilizado en cualquier tipo de entorno. Su tecnolog\u00eda permite el despegue y el aterrizaje en casi cualquier lugar por lo que de esta forma puede recopilar datos donde otros drones no pueden.<\/p>\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3n de estos drones potenciar\u00e1 la eficiencia en la adquisici\u00f3n de datos, permitiendo una monitorizaci\u00f3n exhaustiva de los recursos naturales, cambios en el paisaje y otros factores relevantes para el desarrollo rural. La velocidad y precisi\u00f3n de la fotogrametr\u00eda a\u00e9rea contribuir\u00e1n significativamente a la toma de decisiones informadas y al dise\u00f1o de estrategias que impulsen el progreso
