Este pol\u00e9mico plan ha encendido alarmas entre ambientalistas y organizaciones urban\u00edsticas que temen un posible despojo de un \u00e1rea clave para la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>El concejal \u00c1lvaro Mat\u00edas Grau, uno de los primeros en advertir sobre esta medida, subray\u00f3 que la venta de terrenos p\u00fablicos no es una soluci\u00f3n sostenible para la crisis econ\u00f3mica que enfrenta la capital. La Costanera, que ha sido un s\u00edmbolo de recuperaci\u00f3n y espacio verde, est\u00e1 ahora en el centro de un debate que pone en juego su futuro. Vender estos terrenos a intereses privados no solo afectar\u00eda el acceso ciudadano, sino que tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda generar impactos ambientales significativos en una zona que busca protegerse del avance inmobiliario.<\/p>\n<p>Expertos advierten que esta decisi\u00f3n podr\u00eda establecer un precedente preocupante para el uso de terrenos p\u00fablicos, incentivando su comercializaci\u00f3n en lugar de protegerlos como espacios para el bienestar com\u00fan.
