Gerardo Guerrero, titular de la Industria Nacional del Cemento (INC), indic\u00f3 que la transici\u00f3n del transporte fluvial al terrestre ha llevado a la instituci\u00f3n a analizar el impacto financiero de esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El cambio de modalidad en la distribuci\u00f3n, desde las plantas de Vallem\u00ed y Villeta, ha resultado en un aumento del costo del flete terrestre, que es aproximadamente un 80% m\u00e1s elevado que el transporte fluvial. Guerrero advirti\u00f3 que esta variaci\u00f3n en los costos podr\u00eda reflejarse en el precio final de la bolsa de cemento, que actualmente se sit\u00faa en G. 52.000 en la planta de Villeta y G. 44.000 en Vallem\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de las preocupaciones sobre el aumento de precios, el funcionario asegur\u00f3 que la INC no enfrenta dificultades para satisfacer la demanda del mercado. Con una capacidad de producci\u00f3n de 12 a 13 millones de bolsas anuales y una producci\u00f3n diaria de entre 45.000 y 47.000 bolsas, la empresa est\u00e1 en condiciones de abastecer al sector hasta, al menos, febrero de 2025.
