De acuerdo con el \u00faltimo informe de la Oficina Nacional de Administraci\u00f3n Oce\u00e1nica y Atmosf\u00e9rica (NOAA), hay un 66% de probabilidad de que La Ni\u00f1a se instale entre septiembre y octubre de este a\u00f1o, lo que podr\u00eda desencadenar un aumento en la sequ\u00eda y la presencia de heladas.<\/p>\n<p>La Ni\u00f1a es un fen\u00f3meno clim\u00e1tico caracterizado por el enfriamiento de las aguas superficiales del oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico en la regi\u00f3n ecuatorial. A diferencia de El Ni\u00f1o, que genera un calentamiento de estas aguas, La Ni\u00f1a tiende a generar condiciones m\u00e1s fr\u00edas y secas. Este fen\u00f3meno ocurre cada dos a siete a\u00f1os y puede tener efectos significativos en los patrones clim\u00e1ticos globales.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las posibles consecuencias en Sudam\u00e9rica, se espera un verano con temperaturas m\u00e1s frescas pero con precipitaciones muy por debajo de lo normal. Esto incrementar\u00eda el riesgo de sequ\u00edas en diversas regiones, afectando la agricultura y la disponibilidad de agua. Adem\u00e1s, las bajas temperaturas podr\u00edan provocar heladas en zonas agr\u00edcolas, lo que representa una preocupaci\u00f3n adicional para los productores.<\/p>\n<p>El monitoreo constante de
