Esto se da mediante la firma de un acuerdo de proyectos program\u00e1ticos con el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID).<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, la ministra de Obras P\u00fablicas y Comunicaciones, Ing. Claudia Centuri\u00f3n, junto con Carlos Fern\u00e1ndez Valdovinos, ministro de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas, dio la noticia hoy desde Dub\u00e1i, donde se desarrolla la COP28.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPor primera vez un gobierno, el gobierno de Santiago Pe\u00f1a, est\u00e1 tomando en serio la problem\u00e1tica que tenemos en el lago Ypacara\u00ed, un lago que es propiedad de todos los paraguayos y ahora por fin vamos a dar pasos certeros para su recuperaci\u00f3n\u201d, expres\u00f3 la titular del MOPC.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el ministro Valdovinos destac\u00f3 que la firma de este acuerdo involucra a varios proyectos a ejecutarse en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, entre ellos uno muy importante que est\u00e1 relacionado con la recuperaci\u00f3n de la cuenca del lago Ypacara\u00ed, al que consider\u00f3 un bien p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Ambas autoridades se encuentran desde ayer participando de la Cumbre del Cambio Clim\u00e1tico de las Naciones Unidas (COP28), que se realiza en Dub\u00e1i, Emiratos \u00c1rabes, y forman parte de la delegaci\u00f3n paraguaya liderada por el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Santiago Pe\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<div class=\"syndication-links\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00e1s de 1.500.0000 personas se beneficiar\u00e1n con el plan de recuperaci\u00f3n del Lago Ypacara\u00ed.
