Este logro se formaliz\u00f3 durante un acto que cont\u00f3 con la presencia del presidente Santiago Pe\u00f1a, quien destac\u00f3 la importancia de este hito para la conservaci\u00f3n del patrimonio natural del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<h5>Una Nueva Adici\u00f3n a las \u00c1reas Protegidas<\/h5>\n<p>El Parque Cerro Chovoreca, ubicado en el departamento de Alto Paraguay, abarca 101.763 hect\u00e1reas y se convierte en un refugio vital para especies end\u00e9micas y de gran valor ecol\u00f3gico, como el \u00e1rbol de g\u00fcemb\u00e9 y la ardilla colorada. Este parque tambi\u00e9n alberga 176 especies de aves, incluida la brijirita de cabeza gris, una nueva especie registrada en Paraguay.<\/p>\n<h5>Compromiso con el Desarrollo Sostenible<\/h5>\n<p>En su discurso, el presidente Santiago Pe\u00f1a subray\u00f3 el potencial de desarrollo sostenible de Paraguay, afirmando que \u00abeste pa\u00eds est\u00e1 destinado al \u00e9xito\u00bb. Este logro tiene un impacto econ\u00f3mico significativo en la regi\u00f3n, especialmente en el sector agr\u00edcola.<\/p>\n<h5>Importancia de la Integraci\u00f3n Catastral<\/h5>\n<p>Pe\u00f1a tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 la importancia de unificar el Catastro y los Registros P\u00fablicos, anunciando la presentaci\u00f3n de un proyecto de ley para lograr esta integraci\u00f3n. La obtenci\u00f3n del t\u00edtulo por parte del Ministerio del Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible (MADES) marca un paso crucial para reactivar inversiones que hab\u00edan quedado congeladas durante este tiempo. Este avance beneficiar\u00e1 tanto a los productores que trabajan en la zona como a los habitantes locales.<\/p>\n<p>Organizaciones no gubernamentales dedicadas a la protecci\u00f3n del ambiente y la biodiversidad, como Guyra Paraguay, WWF y la Asociaci\u00f3n Rural del Paraguay (ARP), han validado y apoyado este proceso, asegurando que se ha llevado a cabo de manera respetuosa con el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<h5>Un Hito para la Conservaci\u00f3n<\/h5>\n<p>La titularidad del Parque Cerro Chovoreca refuerza el compromiso del Gobierno de Paraguay con la conservaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas protegidas.
