La iniciativa, denominada Biovalor, pretende reducir hasta un 20% los gastos de alimentaci\u00f3n de las vacas y aumentar hasta un 15% la producci\u00f3n de leche.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta podr\u00eda beneficiar especialmente a los peque\u00f1os productores rurales de regiones como Cear\u00e1, donde se estima que existen unos 73.000 ganaderos familiares. En este sector, la alimentaci\u00f3n del ganado puede representar hasta el 70% de los costos de producci\u00f3n, por lo que encontrar alternativas m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micas resulta fundamental para mejorar la rentabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, la tecnolog\u00eda se encuentra en etapa de pruebas, con la participaci\u00f3n de la Universidad Estadual de Cear\u00e1 y cooperativas rurales. El proyecto tiene capacidad para procesar aproximadamente dos toneladas de residuos al mes y busca ampliar su alcance hasta reutilizar 200 toneladas anuales de desechos provenientes de la industria cervecera.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de reducir los costos para los productores, la iniciativa promueve el aprovechamiento de residuos industriales y una producci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sostenible.
