Los gremios se\u00f1alaron que buscan aportar elementos para aclarar los antecedentes del conflicto y la situaci\u00f3n contractual entre las partes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Mientras tanto, una reuni\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica entre representantes de Atome PLC y autoridades de la ANDE qued\u00f3 en cuarto intermedio. Ambas partes acordaron mantener reserva sobre lo tratado hasta que finalicen los plazos establecidos y se conozcan los resultados de las negociaciones. El objetivo es encontrar una salida antes del vencimiento del contrato de compra de energ\u00eda. En caso de incumplimiento, la ANDE podr\u00eda reclamar una cl\u00e1usula de USD 800.000, mientras que Atome analizar\u00eda solicitar una pr\u00f3rroga para continuar las conversaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los principales cuestionamientos de los gremios se refiere a la fecha en que Atome habr\u00eda concretado sus acuerdos de financiamiento.
