Ambas empresas suscribieron en Madrid acuerdos para fortalecer su cooperaci\u00f3n y analizar nuevas inversiones relacionadas con las marcas NH, NH Collection y Tivoli. El emprendimiento contempla la construcci\u00f3n de un hotel NH de cuatro estrellas, con 116 habitaciones, cuya obra comenzar\u00eda en el primer trimestre de 2027 y tendr\u00eda su apertura prevista para finales de 2029.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El establecimiento estar\u00e1 ubicado sobre la calle Quesada, en las inmediaciones del Shopping Mariscal y de importantes oficinas, entidades financieras y centros empresariales de la capital. El proyecto incluir\u00e1 espacios pensados tanto para hu\u00e9spedes como para actividades corporativas, entre ellos un restaurante y bar en la azotea, 244 metros cuadrados para reuniones y eventos, gimnasio y piscina al aire libre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Este ser\u00e1 el segundo desarrollo conjunto de ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas en el pa\u00eds, despu\u00e9s de Petra Imperiale, proyecto inmobiliario de Grupo Petra que incorporar\u00e1 un hotel de la marca NH Collection y cuya inauguraci\u00f3n est\u00e1 prevista para comienzos de 2030. Adem\u00e1s, las empresas prev\u00e9n estudiar nuevos proyectos en Ciudad del Este, Encarnaci\u00f3n y otras ciudades que presenten condiciones favorables para el crecimiento del turismo, los negocios y la conectividad.<\/p>\n<p>La alianza busca acompa\u00f1ar el aumento de la actividad tur\u00edstica, los viajes corporativos y el segmento de reuniones y eventos, conocido como MICE.
