{"id":28764,"date":"2026-08-24T18:31:48","date_gmt":"2026-08-24T16:31:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/greentourmagazine.com\/v1\/?p=28764"},"modified":"2026-08-24T18:31:48","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T16:31:48","slug":"tribunal-de-cuentas-confirma-millonaria-multa-por-desmonte-y-quema-en-chovoreca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greentourmagazine.com\/v1\/index.php\/2026\/08\/24\/tribunal-de-cuentas-confirma-millonaria-multa-por-desmonte-y-quema-en-chovoreca\/","title":{"rendered":"Tribunal de Cuentas confirma millonaria multa por desmonte y quema en Chovoreca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El Tribunal de Cuentas, Primera Sala, ratific\u00f3 la sanci\u00f3n aplicada por el Ministerio del Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible (MADES) contra Hugo Miguel Zelada Jara y Hugo Sebasti\u00e1n Jara Aranda, por su responsabilidad en el desmonte y la quema de un \u00e1rea de bosque nativo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en la Colonia San Alfredo, distrito de Bah\u00eda Negra, departamento de Alto Paraguay, espec\u00edficamente en la zona de Chovoreca. La intervenci\u00f3n afect\u00f3 una superficie de vegetaci\u00f3n natural, considerada parte de un \u00e1rea de importancia ambiental.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Como parte de la sanci\u00f3n, las personas involucradas deber\u00e1n pagar una multa equivalente a 20.000 jornales m\u00ednimos, cuyo monto ronda los G. 2.152 millones. La medida fue confirmada luego de que el caso llegara ante el Tribunal de Cuentas.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, tambi\u00e9n fue revocada la declaraci\u00f3n de impacto ambiental correspondiente al proyecto.
