Seg\u00fan se\u00f1alaron, hasta el momento la Fiscal\u00eda y el Instituto Forestal Nacional (INFONA) no se habr\u00edan constituido en el lugar para verificar la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los propios denunciantes recorrieron la propiedad y constataron importantes da\u00f1os en el \u00e1rea boscosa. Adem\u00e1s, manifestaron su preocupaci\u00f3n porque algunos restos de madera presuntamente estar\u00edan siendo quemados, situaci\u00f3n que podr\u00eda eliminar evidencias importantes para determinar c\u00f3mo se produjo la extracci\u00f3n y qui\u00e9nes estar\u00edan involucrados.<\/p>\n<p>La denuncia menciona a Catalino Gonz\u00e1lez L\u00f3pez, Dominga Duarte C\u00e1ceres y Jonas Marcial Alves Chaves como presuntos responsables de la extracci\u00f3n no autorizada. Tambi\u00e9n fueron se\u00f1alados como supuestos compradores Carlos Rub\u00e9n Gonz\u00e1lez, de Nueva Vida; Blas Romero; y Luis N\u00fa\u00f1ez, de Yasy Ca\u00f1y Centro, quienes fueron convocados a declarar ante la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Los afectados consideran que la investigaci\u00f3n debe abarcar tanto a quienes presuntamente realizaron la extracci\u00f3n como a las personas que habr\u00edan adquirido la madera.
