La iniciativa es impulsada por la Uni\u00f3n Industrial Paraguaya (UIP) y la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo Industrial (ONUDI), con apoyo del Ministerio de Industria y Comercio y financiamiento de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, en el marco de Global Gateway.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El programa busca que las empresas puedan convertir residuos, subproductos e ineficiencias en nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Durante la presentaci\u00f3n, se destac\u00f3 que la primera edici\u00f3n del POC permiti\u00f3 trabajar con 12 mipymes y demostrar que la econom\u00eda circular puede contribuir a mejorar procesos, reducir costos, incorporar tecnolog\u00eda y generar nuevos productos. Con el POC 2.0, el objetivo es pasar de experiencias piloto a proyectos de mayor escala que puedan generar inversiones, empleos y mayor competitividad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Uno de los principales componentes ser\u00e1 la Ruta de Formaci\u00f3n en Oportunidades Circulares, que ser\u00e1 gratuita para las empresas participantes. El proceso incluir\u00e1 un evento presencial, un autodiagn\u00f3stico, cuatro webinars y mentor\u00edas especializadas sobre modelos de negocios circulares, an\u00e1lisis de ciclo de vida, propuestas de valor, indicadores, aspectos financieros, mercado y posibilidades de crecimiento. La propuesta est\u00e1 dirigida a mipymes, grandes empresas y agroindustrias, adem\u00e1s de consultores y evaluadores que ser\u00e1n capacitados para fortalecer el desarrollo de proyectos.<\/p>\n<p>Al finalizar la formaci\u00f3n, las mipymes podr\u00e1n postular al concurso del POC 2.0, previsto para 2027, y competir por aportes no reembolsables de hasta 30.000 euros, adem\u00e1s de recibir acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico. Las grandes empresas, por su parte, podr\u00e1n quedar preparadas para acceder a productos financieros verdes y vinculados a la sostenibilidad.
