Con esta decisi\u00f3n, qued\u00f3 sin efecto la medida cautelar que permit\u00eda avanzar con la extracci\u00f3n de agua.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El acu\u00edfero Caacup\u00e9 constituye una de las principales fuentes de agua para el departamento de Cordillera y tambi\u00e9n abastece a sectores de Paraguar\u00ed. Por este motivo, la posibilidad de utilizar sus reservas para un proyecto inmobiliario gener\u00f3 preocupaci\u00f3n entre pobladores y organizaciones vecinales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La comisi\u00f3n Defensa del Agua de Atyr\u00e1 recibi\u00f3 con satisfacci\u00f3n la resoluci\u00f3n judicial, luego de aproximadamente dos a\u00f1os de conflicto en torno al uso y protecci\u00f3n del recurso h\u00eddrico. Los vecinos consideran que el fallo representa un respaldo a sus reclamos para preservar el acu\u00edfero.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, V\u00edctor Samaniego se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la disputa todav\u00eda no est\u00e1 completamente concluida.
