La medida fue presentada durante la reuni\u00f3n del Consejo Ejecutivo de Emergencia Nacional, encabezada por el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Santiago Pe\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">En ese contexto, el ministro del Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible (MADES), Rolando De Barros Barreto, explic\u00f3 que las instituciones responsables mantienen un monitoreo constante de las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas y de otros factores de riesgo para anticipar situaciones que puedan afectar a la poblaci\u00f3n. Estas tareas se desarrollan de manera coordinada con la Direcci\u00f3n de Meteorolog\u00eda e Hidrolog\u00eda, la Secretar\u00eda de Emergencia Nacional y otros organismos involucrados.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la participaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, el Ministerio del Interior y las dem\u00e1s entidades que conforman el Consejo Ejecutivo de Emergencia Nacional permitir\u00e1 una respuesta m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y eficiente ante cualquier eventualidad. Destac\u00f3 que la coordinaci\u00f3n entre las instituciones es un aspecto clave para brindar mayor protecci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El titular del MADES tambi\u00e9n hizo un llamado a la colaboraci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n y resalt\u00f3 la importancia de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n para difundir informaci\u00f3n preventiva.
