El evento reuni\u00f3 a representantes internacionales para debatir iniciativas relacionadas con la conservaci\u00f3n ambiental y el desarrollo sostenible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"662\"><span dir=\"auto\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el mandatario destac\u00f3 que el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico puede avanzar de manera conjunta con la protecci\u00f3n de los recursos naturales. En ese sentido, reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso del pa\u00eds con pol\u00edticas orientadas al desarrollo sostenible y la preservaci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"939\"><span dir=\"auto\">En el marco de la sesi\u00f3n, Paraguay present\u00f3 oficialmente la candidatura de la Reserva Sur del Alto Paran\u00e1 para integrar la red mundial de reservas de biosfera de la Unesco. De ser aprobado, se convertir\u00e1 en la cuarta reserva de este tipo reconocido en el territorio nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"941\" data-end=\"1283\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span dir=\"auto\">La propuesta busca fortalecer la conservaci\u00f3n de ecosistemas estrat\u00e9gicos y promover un modelo de gesti\u00f3n que combine la protecci\u00f3n ambiental con oportunidades de desarrollo para las comunidades locales.
