As\u00ed lo se\u00f1alan estimaciones del sector vinculados al potencial energ\u00e9tico y ambiental del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"410\" data-end=\"662\"><span dir=\"auto\">El pa\u00eds ya dispone de un marco legal para avanzar en este proceso, tras la aprobaci\u00f3n y reglamentaci\u00f3n de la Ley N.\u00ba 7190\/23, normativa que regula la comercializaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos de carbono y establece las bases para su implementaci\u00f3n a nivel nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"978\"><span dir=\"auto\">No obstante, el debate sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n de impuestos o mecanismos de fijaci\u00f3n de precios al carbono todav\u00eda no ocupa un lugar prioritario en la agenda paraguaya. Desde el sector empresarial consideran que actualmente existen otros factores m\u00e1s relevantes dentro de la estrategia econ\u00f3mica y energ\u00e9tica nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1299\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span dir=\"auto\">En ese sentido, especialistas destacan que Paraguay cuenta con una ventaja competitiva frente a otras econom\u00edas de la regi\u00f3n debido a su matriz energ\u00e9tica limpia, sustentada principalmente en fuentes renovables.
