Rolando De Barros Barreto, el ministro, y Gabriela Mezquita, la Directora Ejecutiva, han establecido un acuerdo que busca empoderar a las comunidades para enfrentar los retos del cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>Este pacto pionero promueve la adopci\u00f3n de est\u00e1ndares sostenibles en la construcci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de programas vanguardistas, proyectos innovadores y soporte t\u00e9cnico especializado. Impulsa tambi\u00e9n un intercambio esencial de conocimientos y una variedad de actividades, promoviendo as\u00ed un crecimiento ecol\u00f3gico en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Este compromiso va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de una simple colaboraci\u00f3n; simboliza un avance significativo hacia un futuro m\u00e1s verde y resistente para la naci\u00f3n. El Gobierno de Paraguay, por medio del Mades y el Consejo, est\u00e1 delineando una ruta hacia un Paraguay que no solo sobreviva a los desaf\u00edos clim\u00e1ticos, sino que tambi\u00e9n florezca ante ellos.<\/p>\n<p>La construcci\u00f3n sostenible representa un modelo de edificaci\u00f3n que minimiza el impacto ambiental durante todo el ciclo de vida de un proyecto, desde el dise\u00f1o hasta la demolici\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de residuos. Este enfoque incluye el uso eficiente de energ\u00eda y agua, la selecci\u00f3n de materiales no da\u00f1inos para el medio ambiente y la implementaci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables.<\/p>\n<p>La sostenibilidad en la construcci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n implica un cambio en la mentalidad del sector, pasando de pr\u00e1cticas guiadas \u00fanicamente por la rentabilidad econ\u00f3mica a corto plazo, a un paradigma que integra la econom\u00eda circular y la sostenibilidad. Este cambio no solo responde a la urgencia de mitigar impactos ambientales como el cambio clim\u00e1tico, la lluvia \u00e1cida y la deforestaci\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n ofrece oportunidades para
