El caso se centra en la supuesta deforestaci\u00f3n de unas 1.600 hect\u00e1reas en la zona de Mariscal Estigarribia, en el Chaco paraguayo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"700\"><span dir=\"auto\">La decisi\u00f3n fue tomada tras la audiencia preliminar realizada en el juzgado de Neuland, donde la magistrada evalu\u00f3 los elementos presentados por las partes. Seg\u00fan lo resuelto, existen indicios suficientes para que el caso sea analizado en una instancia de juicio oral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"986\"><span dir=\"auto\">Durante la audiencia, la defensa de los acusados \u200b\u200bsolicit\u00f3 varias medidas alternativas, entre ellas el sobreseimiento definitivo, la suspensi\u00f3n condicional del procedimiento y la aplicaci\u00f3n de un procedimiento abreviado. Sin embargo, todos estos pedidos fueron rechazados por la jueza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1285\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span dir=\"auto\">Con esta determinaci\u00f3n, el proceso avanzar\u00e1 a la siguiente etapa y se deber\u00e1 fijar la fecha para el juicio oral y p\u00fablico, que se desarrollar\u00e1 en la ciudad de Filadelfia.
