El comunicador Ariel Alvarenga comparti\u00f3 im\u00e1genes de uno de estos reservorios que logr\u00f3 llenarse completamente con las \u00faltimas precipitaciones, destacando su importancia en una regi\u00f3n donde el acceso al agua suele ser limitado.<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de aljibe funciona recolectando el agua de lluvia a trav\u00e9s de canaletas instaladas en los techos, que conducen el l\u00edquido hasta un dep\u00f3sito subterr\u00e1neo o cerrado. De esta manera, las familias pueden almacenar agua durante la temporada de lluvias para utilizarla posteriormente, especialmente en \u00e9pocas de sequ\u00eda, que son frecuentes en el Chaco.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque el sistema llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n en redes sociales, pobladores de la regi\u00f3n se\u00f1alan que se trata de una pr\u00e1ctica conocida desde hace muchos a\u00f1os. En gran parte del Chaco, los aljibes con canaletas forman parte de las soluciones dom\u00e9sticas para asegurar agua, y en algunos casos incluso se complementan con motobombas para facilitar su uso.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de los aljibes, tambi\u00e9n existen los tajamares, reservorios que captan agua de lluvia, pero que generalmente est\u00e1n destinados al consumo animal o a la cr\u00eda de peces.
