Con esto, conceptos como \u201cmalestar significativa\u201d \u2014angustia, soledad o miedo prolongado\u2014 adquieren valor jur\u00eddico, incluso sin evidencia de lesiones f\u00edsicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"1242\"><span dir=\"auto\">La Ley 7513\/25 tambi\u00e9n endurece las sanciones por delitos contra animales, estableciendo penas que pueden alcanzar hasta seis a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel para los casos m\u00e1s graves. Adem\u00e1s, clasifica las conductas en leves, graves y muy graves, e introduce regulaciones pr\u00e1cticas sobre la tenencia responsable, el manejo de animales atropellados y el reconocimiento de colonias felinas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1583\"><span dir=\"auto\">Expertos y defensores de los animales destacan que esta ley no busca humanizar a los animales, sino reconocer su capacidad de sentir.
