La medida busca reducir la contaminaci\u00f3n lum\u00ednica, un problema creciente que afecta a las personas, los animales y los ecosistemas, adem\u00e1s de deteriorar los cielos y el paisaje visual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"750\"><span dir=\"auto\">La nueva reglamentaci\u00f3n pone especial atenci\u00f3n en la publicidad exterior, el alumbrado p\u00fablico y la iluminaci\u00f3n industrial. Entre los puntos centrales, establece que las pantallas publicitarias de gran tama\u00f1o deber\u00e1n permanecer apagadas todos los d\u00edas entre la medianoche y las 07:00, con el objetivo de disminuir el impacto nocturno de la luz artificial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"1047\"><span dir=\"auto\">Asimismo, se proh\u00edbe la instalaci\u00f3n de pantallas LED o electr\u00f3nicas en zonas residenciales y en \u00e1reas cercanas a espacios sensibles. La restricci\u00f3n alcanza un radio m\u00ednimo de 500 metros alrededor de \u00e1reas verdes, parques, playas, \u00c1reas Naturales Protegidas y ecosistemas fr\u00e1giles como humedales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1434\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span dir=\"auto\">La normativa tambi\u00e9n contempla sanciones econ\u00f3micas para quienes superen los l\u00edmites permitidos de iluminaci\u00f3n.
