Adem\u00e1s, se iniciar\u00e1 un proceso para revocar el permiso de construcci\u00f3n y detener definitivamente el proyecto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"826\"><span dir=\"auto\">La medida responde a denuncias de vecinos que alertaron sobre el impacto de la obra en la tranquilidad y seguridad del barrio. Bello celebr\u00f3 reuniones con la comunidad y solicit\u00f3 a su equipo t\u00e9cnico realizar una verificaci\u00f3n in situ y un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo de los permisos otorgados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"1126\"><span dir=\"auto\">El Gobierno de la Ciudad enfatiz\u00f3 que su prioridad es proteger los derechos de los vecinos y garantizar que los proyectos urbanos no afecten la calidad de vida en los barrios. La intervenci\u00f3n busca evitar cualquier riesgo que pueda generar el funcionamiento de la estaci\u00f3n de servicio en la zona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1449\"><span dir=\"auto\">Con esta decisi\u00f3n, la Municipalidad reafirma un modelo de gesti\u00f3n centrado en el ciudadano, basado en el di\u00e1logo, la responsabilidad institucional y la defensa del entorno urbano.
