Se\u00f1ale que la medida podr\u00eda tener el efecto contrario al esperado y elevar a\u00fan m\u00e1s los precios del asado y otros cortes b\u00e1sicos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"761\"><span dir=\"auto\">Los economistas explican que regular por ley los precios de productos o servicios rara vez funcionan. Indican que, si se obliga a los productores a vender un precio fijo, muchos optar\u00e1n por dejar la actividad, liquidar su ganado o dedicarse a cultivos que generen mayor rentabilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"1035\"><span dir=\"auto\">Esto, advierten, reducir\u00eda significativamente el hato ganadero y la oferta de carne en el mercado interno. Aunque el precio m\u00e1ximo est\u00e9 fijado por ley, la escasez provocar\u00eda dificultades para conseguir los cortes, generando un mercado paralelo con valores mucho m\u00e1s altos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1403\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span dir=\"auto\">Como alternativa, se\u00f1alan que la \u00fanica forma sostenible de mantener precios estables es aumentar la producci\u00f3n, un proceso que en ganader\u00eda toma a\u00f1os.
