La presentaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 prevista para las 11:00 y ser\u00e1 encabezada por \u201cAmigos del Jard\u00edn Bot\u00e1nico\u201d, \u201cEl Bot\u00e1nico No Se Toca\u201d, \u201cAsamblea Ciudadana Asuncena\u201d y otras personas comprometidas con la defensa del espacio p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"995\"><span dir=\"auto\">La acci\u00f3n apunta al exintendente \u00d3scar Rodr\u00edguez, a los concejales que aprobaron la Ordenanza 173\/25 y la Resoluci\u00f3n JM N\u00ba 6084\/25, as\u00ed como a los funcionarios que podr\u00edan tener responsabilidad en el proceso. Los denunciantes se\u00f1alan que la normativa municipal establece que plazas, parques y \u00e1reas p\u00fablicas no pueden ser cedidas a particulares, por lo que consideran que se configur\u00f3 una violaci\u00f3n a la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1381\"><span dir=\"auto\">El procedimiento judicial se da un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s de que vecinos de los barrios San Vicente, Mburucuy\u00e1 y Las Mercedes se reunieron con el intendente interino de Asunci\u00f3n, Luis Bello, para solicitar su compromiso en la protecci\u00f3n de los bosques urbanos de la ciudad.
