{"id":26022,"date":"2025-11-07T18:46:07","date_gmt":"2025-11-07T17:46:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/greentourmagazine.com\/v1\/?p=26022"},"modified":"2025-11-07T18:46:07","modified_gmt":"2025-11-07T17:46:07","slug":"paraguay-refuerza-su-compromiso-climatico-con-la-ndc-3-0-y-la-segunda-comunicacion-de-adaptacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greentourmagazine.com\/v1\/index.php\/2025\/11\/07\/paraguay-refuerza-su-compromiso-climatico-con-la-ndc-3-0-y-la-segunda-comunicacion-de-adaptacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Paraguay refuerza su compromiso clim\u00e1tico con la NDC 3.0 y la Segunda Comunicaci\u00f3n de Adaptaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"104\" data-end=\"420\"><span dir=\"auto\">El Ministerio del Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible (MADES) present\u00f3 oficialmente la Tercera Contribuci\u00f3n Determinada a Nivel Nacional (NDC 3.0) junto con la Segunda Comunicaci\u00f3n de Adaptaci\u00f3n (2CA), documentos que trazan el rumbo del pa\u00eds hacia un modelo de desarrollo sostenible, competitivo y resiliente al 2035.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"706\"><span dir=\"auto\">Durante el lanzamiento, el ministro Rolando De Barros Barreto resalt\u00f3 el compromiso del Gobierno Nacional y transmiti\u00f3 el mensaje del presidente Santiago Pe\u00f1a, quien afirm\u00f3 que Paraguay est\u00e1 preparado para contribuir activamente a las soluciones globales frente al cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"1064\"><span dir=\"auto\">La NDC 3.0 se consolida como una pol\u00edtica de Estado que promueve la articulaci\u00f3n entre instituciones p\u00fablicas, el sector privado, la academia, la sociedad civil y la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional. Contempla una reducci\u00f3n del 10% de las emisiones con recursos nacionales y otro 10% sujeto a financiamiento clim\u00e1tico, mediante 27 en medidas estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1348\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span dir=\"auto\">Por su parte, la Segunda Comunicaci\u00f3n de Adaptaci\u00f3n define 25 objetivos y 106 acciones orientadas a fortalecer la resiliencia del pa\u00eds entre 2026 y 2035.
