Seg\u00fan el documento, las diligencias realizadas no fueron suficientes para determinar la responsabilidad del \u00fanico imputado en el proceso.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"779\">El director de la dependencia, Gerardo Morales, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el trabajo fiscal no fue contundente y que se detectaron varias inconsistencias en el desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n. Indic\u00f3 que, por la magnitud del hecho, era necesario un actuar m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y coordinado para esclarecer el origen y los responsables del siniestro ambiental.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"1071\">Morales sostuvo que la Fiscal\u00eda no solicit\u00f3 en tiempo la ampliaci\u00f3n del plazo para continuar las pesquisas, lo que limit\u00f3 la obtenci\u00f3n de pruebas relevantes.
