El objetivo es proteger la biodiversidad y los ecosistemas naturales que conforman esta importante \u00e1rea de conservaci\u00f3n urbana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"724\"><span dir=\"auto\">El plan est\u00e1 liderado por la doctora Carolina \u00c1lvarez, responsable de la Unidad de Biodiversidad y \u00c1reas Protegidas, quien explic\u00f3 que la estrategia combina dos enfoques: el trabajo comunitario con los vecinos y la coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional con organismos de seguridad y control.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"1059\"><span dir=\"auto\">En el \u00e1mbito comunitario, las tareas incluyen notificaciones preventivas, eliminaci\u00f3n de materiales inflamables y vigilancia constante en puntos cr\u00edticos. Adem\u00e1s, la brigada forestal conformada por pobladores locales cumple un rol clave al monitorear y alertar sobre cualquier foco de incendio, permitiendo una respuesta inmediata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1353\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span dir=\"auto\">Por otra parte, la Polic\u00eda Urbana y Tur\u00edstica, junto con la Prefectura Naval, refuerzan los controles en los accesos terrestres y fluviales a la reserva.
