El certamen reuni\u00f3 a productores de pa\u00edses como Argentina, M\u00e9xico, Brasil, Per\u00fa, Espa\u00f1a, Uruguay y Chile, destacando el logro como un hito para la industria l\u00e1ctea paraguaya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"817\"><span dir=\"auto\">El maestro quesero Ricardo Negrete expres\u00f3 su orgullo por el reconocimiento y subray\u00f3 que los productos son elaborados con la participaci\u00f3n activa de los estudiantes. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta distinci\u00f3n refleja la calidad y el esfuerzo de una formaci\u00f3n que combina teor\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica, permitiendo que la escuela se mantenga como un modelo autosustentable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"1130\"><span dir=\"auto\">La instituci\u00f3n cuenta con una moderna planta inaugurada en 2024, equipada para la producci\u00f3n de quesos de alta gama como el azul e ib\u00e9rico. Los alumnos participan directamente en los procesos de elaboraci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n, fortaleciendo su aprendizaje t\u00e9cnico y su preparaci\u00f3n para el trabajo en el campo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1425\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span dir=\"auto\">Adem\u00e1s del oro, la f\u00e1brica Cerrito obtuvo cinco medallas de bronce en distintas categor\u00edas, alcanzando un total de seis reconocimientos internacionales.
