El anuncio fue bien recibido por los productores de la zona, quienes vienen impulsando el desarrollo agr\u00edcola y ganadero en este territorio de dif\u00edcil acceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"819\"><span dir=\"auto\">Sin embargo, la noticia gener\u00f3 molestias en otras comunidades del mismo departamento, como Bah\u00eda Negra y Fuerte Olimpo. Habitantes de estas localidades afirman que llevan d\u00e9cadas esperando caminos transitables, y acusan al gobierno de priorizar \u00fanicamente a sectores vinculados a la producci\u00f3n y no a la poblaci\u00f3n en general.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"1092\"><span dir=\"auto\">Referentes locales criticaron la falta de equidad en las decisiones del Ejecutivo. Aseguran que mientras Agua Dulce avanza con apoyo estatal, el resto del departamento sigue aislado, sin acceso adecuado a salud, educaci\u00f3n ni transporte, especialmente en \u00e9pocas de lluvia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1390\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span dir=\"auto\">Desde Fuerte Olimpo, una vecina envi\u00f3 una carta abierta reclamando atenci\u00f3n urgente para las comunidades olvidadas.
