La iniciativa busca equilibrar la protecci\u00f3n ambiental con el derecho del ciudadano a no ser perjudicado econ\u00f3micamente en nombre de la ecolog\u00eda. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Rodr\u00edguez Maciel explic\u00f3 que el objetivo del proyecto es \u201cordenar el sistema, cuidar el ambiente sin afectar a la gente\u201d y evitar lo que consideran \u201cnegociados disfrazados de buenas intenciones\u201d. Seg\u00fan afirm\u00f3, la medida pretende frenar los abusos que se presentan bajo discursos ambientalistas pero que resultan en cargas para los consumidores. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>El legislador reiter\u00f3 su compromiso con una gesti\u00f3n transparente y abierta, enfocada tanto en el bienestar ciudadano como en el cuidado real del medio ambiente, abogando por leyes justas que no encubran
