Esta cantidad extensa de sue\u00f1o no se debe a la pereza, sino a una necesidad biol\u00f3gica crucial para su supervivencia.<\/p>\n<p>Su alimentaci\u00f3n se basa casi exclusivamente en hojas de eucalipto, un alimento abundante pero extremadamente pobre en nutrientes y dif\u00edcil de digerir. Adem\u00e1s, estas hojas contienen toxinas que el organismo del koala debe procesar con cuidado.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, su largo descanso no es un lujo, sino una estrategia energ\u00e9tica.
