En la ceremonia tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 Rafael Anz\u00f3n, presidente de la Academia Iberoamericana de Gastronom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Este logro se celebra en el marco de la Capitalidad Iberoamericana
